By placing your Order with The NOW Academy, Inc., by clicking “accept/purchase/pay now,” or by using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should leave The NOW Academy, Inc. website and discontinue the use of the services immediately.

In these terms and conditions, “We/us/our/[d/b/a]” means The NOW Academy, Inc. “You/your” means you as a user of the Website and/or Customer of the Program/Services.

We are confident that you will reap the rewards and benefits of this membership, however, you may put it into action that we offer the following cancellation policy for both monthly and annual memberships: we will cancel your membership at any time with a required written 30-day cancellation notice.  No refunds will be given for prior payments made.  

Upon canceling your membership, you will forfeit your access to the course including all recorded training, materials, and the mastermind area. Again, no refunds will be issued for any payments previously made.  If you are requesting a cancellation of your membership, please contact us by emailing support@thenowacadmey.com with the words “MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
